CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME
The Hotel check-in time is 1300 hours and check-out time is 1100 hours
Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability
If room is made available, an additional charge of 50% of the room rate paid will be applicable for late check-outs upto 1600 hours and 100% charge will be applicable post 1800 hours
All guaranteed early check-ins will require the room to be reserved from the previous night
SECURITY PROCEDURES
As per the government regulations:
For Indian nationals, photo-identity with address proof to be presented at check-in. The photo-identity could be any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Aadhaar card or Bank Pass Book with Photograph
For Foreign nationals, passport with valid Indian visa to be presented at check-in
CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or advance payment
Cancelation received 72 hours prior to check-in will incur no charge (unless otherwise specified)
Any cancellations beyond the cut off period will incur a one - night charge
Reservations exceeding 4 rooms on any dates will be considered a group booking. For such bookings, the Hotel needs to be informed on cancellation 10 days prior to check-in or will incur a one-night charge (unless otherwise specified)
Hotel reserves the right to levy full retention room charge and taxes applicable thereof, as cancellation or no-show charges
Special terms & conditions may be applicable to certain promotional rates or during black-out periods
