If there were an award for exceptional customer service, the management of this phenomenal hotel would deserve it the most. Their GM (Anil Kapoor), Front Office Manager (Chandresh), and Sanjeev are truly icons of hospitality.
My family’s recent stay here was one of the best I’ve experienced, not just in India but globally. I’ll be recommending this place to my friends and family with great confidence because everything here, including food, location, cleanliness, and hospitality, was top-notch.

Absolutely loved my stay! From the moment I walked into the room, I was impressed by how spacious, clean, and beautifully designed it was. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail, from the lighting to the amenities, made the stay feel relaxing and luxurious.
The food was another highlight. There was an amazing variety of dishes, all freshly prepared and full of flavor. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything tasted delicious and was well presented. There were plenty of options to suit different tastes, and the quality was consistently excellent.

The rooms are well-appointed, properly ventilated, and maintained with good hygiene. The complimentary add-ons provided by the hotel were a great touch.
Overall, it offers excellent value for money, much better than many overpriced and overhyped hotels on Mall Road. Highly recommended!
Had a very pleasant stay at Vikram Vintage Inn for 5 nights. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and well-maintained, and cleanliness was good. The staff is courteous, and Chandresh, the manager, is amazing!
A big thumbs up to the restaurant staff and chef for providing home-like food based on our requests, especially for our 2-year-old child. We had most of our meals at the hotel itself.
The only downside was that breakfast on 3 out of the 5 days was a bit disappointing and could have been better
Very beautiful rooms with private sit-out areas. The location is about 7 to 8 minutes from the busy Mall Road, but everything else more than makes up for it.
The breakfast and dinner buffets had a good variety and the food was tasty. Live soothing music during dinner added to the overall experience.
Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Most importantly, the service truly stands out. The staff treats you like family and takes care of every need. A special shout-out to Mr. Pooran ji.

The stay was amazing. It’s very kid-friendly, and the location is close to Mall Road. The hotel provides complimentary pick-up and drop to Mall Road, which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the mountain view from the room balcony was superb.
Parking is available within the hotel premises, and a driver dormitory is also provided. The best part was the hospitality. The staff were kind, warm, and extremely helpful. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or the kitchen staff, everyone was courteous and polite.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nainital.
Everything was very clean, and the staff’s behaviour was calm and welcoming. Vikram Vintage Inn is located in a great place, close to the High Court, and they also provide pick-up and drop facility to Mall Road. Car parking is available as well.
The food was good, and the live music added to the overall experience. It was one of my best experiences in Nainital.
